Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states plus Washington, D.C. International shipping is not yet available.
Shipping methods

Delivery estimates begin from the day your order ships, not the day you order. Orders placed after 12pm EST may ship the next business day.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order via your account on lumenacare.co.
Shipping carrier
We work with major US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the destination and service speed selected.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number
- If still unresolved after 5 business days, email
We cannot replace packages confirmed delivered by the carrier, but we will assist with carrier claims.
Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, please email within 7 days with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and product
We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Holidays and delays
Carrier delays during peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, December, Mother's Day) are outside our control. Order early to ensure on-time delivery.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping destination, in accordance with state and local tax laws.
