Refund policy

Our 30-day promise

We stand behind every Lumena device. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@lumenacare.co with your order number and the reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the prepaid label we provide
  4. Refund is issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item

Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In the original packaging where possible
  • In a condition consistent with normal use

We may apply a partial refund (up to 20% restocking fee) if the item is returned damaged or with significant cosmetic wear beyond normal use.

Non-returnable items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or unauthorized modification
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your device arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, please email us at support@lumenacare.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

The Lumena device is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
